SHIPMENT POLICY – PANEGLAS

At PANeGLAS, we aim to provide our customers with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options. Our shipment policy is designed to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner while keeping you informed about the process from start to finish.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to cater to the needs of our customers. The delivery times and costs for each option depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.

  1. Standard Shipping
    Our standard shipping option is the most economical choice and typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States. The shipping time may vary depending on your location and the product’s availability.

  2. Expedited Shipping
    If you need your order more quickly, we offer expedited shipping, which typically delivers your items within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping costs are higher than standard shipping, and the exact price will be calculated during checkout.

  3. Overnight Shipping
    For urgent orders, PANeGLAS offers next-day delivery (overnight shipping) to select locations. Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time will be shipped out the same day for next-day delivery. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee, and it is subject to availability in your area.

  4. International Shipping
    We are proud to offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination address. During checkout, you will be provided with the shipping costs before completing your purchase. PANeGLAS offers free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you. If you did not receive a tracking number or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues

At PANeGLAS, we understand the frustration that can come with delays or issues during shipping. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. If the item is deemed lost or damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement, based on your preference.

  1. Lost Packages
    In the event of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will either refund your order or send a replacement.

  2. Damaged Packages
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide photographs of the damaged items, and we will arrange a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
