Refund and Returns Policy for Paneglas Sports Equipment

At Paneglas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on eligible items. Please read our full Refund and Returns Policy below to understand the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the purchase date. The items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Not marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom products
- Opened or used products, including but not limited to protective gear, sports accessories, and health-related items
2. How to Return an Item
Step 1:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@paneglas.com or call us at (715) 825-2534. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Step 2:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending the item back to us.
Step 3:
Please securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided in the RMA instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refund Process
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that the refund may be issued to the original payment method, or in the form of store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied to returns based on the product condition and the nature of the return. If the item is returned in a condition that is different from how it was received, a higher restocking fee may apply.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. We will process your return and issue a refund once we receive the original item. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
6. Special Conditions
International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any other taxes or fees related to the return.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may issue a store credit instead of a refund. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
