✔ Backorder: If the product is expected to be restocked soon, we will place your order on backorder and ship it once available.
✔ Substitute: If the item is permanently unavailable, we will offer a similar product of equal or higher value as a substitute.
✔ Refund: If the product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. However, this does not mean the order has been processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

- Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ship orders on time, PANEGLAS SPORTS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
- Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed or shipped.
- Modifications: Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the items or quantities. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one if necessary.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- Exchanges: Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days. If the new item has a higher price, you will be required to pay the price difference.
